Shipping

Shipping is FREE on all orders over $100. All orders are shipped via FedEx

Processing Times

All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Depending on the destination of the order, shipping can take 2-7 business days to be delivered.

Returns & Exchanges

Items can be returned within 14 days from receipt in original (unused) condition for a refund on the original form of payment. Note: Shipping fees are deducted from final refund. Coed has the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements. Returns and exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. Please contact us at hello@coedactive.com with your order number and item you would like to return or exchange and we will send you a pre-paid return label via email.

Returning via Mail

1. Submit your return via email to hello@coedactive.com to receive instructions & a pre-paid shipping label via email.

     Note: Shipping fees are deducted from final refund.

2. Print the shipping label & box the return.
3. Drop off at any FedEx location.
4. You will be notified via email once your return is processed.

How soon will I get my refund?

Please allow 7-10 business days for processing, once your return is received. You will be notified via email once the return is processed. Refunds take up to 72 hours to post to your bank account.
