Our go-to smoothie

 

Whenever we need to hit the reset button and get back on track after a few too many drinks on the weekend, we’re having this green detox smoothie. It’s fresh, it’s creamy and it’s full of so many health benefits that really help hydrate the body. Try it out and tag us on Instagram when you make this insanely delicious smoothie.

 

½ cup frozen mango

4-5 ice cubes

1 inch of fresh ginger or 2-3 frozen cubes of ginger (sold at Trader Joe’s)

1 scoop of vanilla protein powder

1 scoop of collagen peptides

1 tbs. of flaxseed (we make a mixture of flaxseed, hempseed and chia seed and do 1 tbs. of the mixture)

A very large handful of spinach

1 ½ cups of coconut water
