Ok, Halloween’s over, but pumpkin everything is just getting started. We were craving a sweet treat, but something that wouldn’t spike our blood sugar and leave us feeling crappy, so we hit up our favorite foodie @broccyourbody! You may have seen her rocking our Starter Set on Instagram 😉


We whipped this up and it quickly became a Coed favorite. Men and women friendly and it will give you protein, healthy fats and a curb your sweet tooth all season long. Tag us when you make it!


¾ cup pumpkin puree

¼ cup melted coconut oil

¼ cup maple syrup

1 tsp. vanilla extract

3 eggs

1 cup almond flour

½ cup coconut flour

¼ cup coconut sugar

1 tsp. baking powder

4 tbs. collagen peptides (optional)

½ tsp. cinnamon

1 ½ tsp. pumpkin pie spice

About ¼ (or more;) cup dark chocolate chips or cut up chocolate bar


Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Combine the wet ingredients in one bowl and the dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Combine the two mixtures and fold in your choice of dark chocolate. Mix well and pour entire mixture into a loaf tin lined in parchment paper. Bake for 40 min and devour!
